On Monday night’s episode of Fox NFL Sunday, the 36-year-old quarterback shared his favorite motivational saying as he talked about the most difficult part about working in the NFL: “You have to be prepared for your last play just like you have to be prepared for the last drill when you’re in the military.”
The two-time Super Bowl winner also made it clear that his family’s marital struggles have not been affecting his work as he addressed the Boston Globe’s “The Truth About Tom” series. He explained that he has spent time “planning for the worst and worrying the most” and reiterated that “you can’t live your life not seeing the best, you can’t live your life worrying the most.”
